What we do

The Parts of Your System That Quietly Cause the Problem

Uneven rooms, dusty air and thermostats that lie about the temperature usually come down to controls and ductwork — not a failing furnace. These are the services we are called for most.

Most requested

Thermostat Installation

Smart, programmable or simple — wired correctly, matched to your equipment, then tested so it actually controls heating and cooling the way you expect. Before we leave, we set the schedule with you and show you how to change it.

We work with all makes and models, including Wi-Fi and learning thermostats on older systems that need a common wire run.

Thermostat Repair

Blank screen, readings that are 5° off, a system that never shuts off. We trace sensors, wiring and calibration first — and say so when a repair is the right call instead of a replacement.

Indoor Air Quality

Whole-home filtration with HEPA options, plus humidifiers sized for Utah's dry winters. Built for households dealing with dust, pollen and summer wildfire smoke that a 1-inch filter never catches.

Improve your air

Air Duct Installation

New ductwork for additions, finished basements, remodels and new construction — laid out so airflow actually reaches the far end of the house instead of dying in the hallway.

Duct Repair & Sealing

The room that never warms up usually traces back to a crushed, disconnected or leaking duct dumping air into a crawlspace. We find it, seal it, and re-balance the system so the rest of the house stops overworking.

What we usually find

Three Complaints We Hear Every Week

Most calls start with a symptom, not a diagnosis. Here is what is normally behind them.

The upstairs bedroom is always 8 degrees off.

What it usually is

A duct run that is too small, crushed behind framing, or disconnected in the attic. We check static pressure and airflow at the register before anyone talks about a bigger furnace.

It says 70, but it feels like 64.

What it usually is

A thermostat reading its own location instead of your living space — sun on the wall, a draft behind the plate, or a sensor out of calibration. Often a repair or a relocation, not a new system.

There's dust on everything, and allergies are worse indoors.

What it usually is

Unfiltered air being pulled in through leaky return ducts, plus filtration that is too thin for Utah's pollen and wildfire-smoke seasons. Sealing plus the right media filter changes it fast.

How it works

Four Steps, No Surprises

  1. Tell Us What's Wrong

Call or send a few details. We ask enough questions up front to arrive with the right parts and the right plan.

  2. We Diagnose on Site

A free estimate and a plain-language explanation of what we found — including the parts that are still fine.

  3. You Approve the Price

Nothing gets replaced until you have said yes. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we will tell you.

  4. We Finish and Clean Up

We test the system with you, show you how to run it, and leave the space the way we found it.

About SRV

A Utah County HVAC Company Built on Service, Not Volume

SRV Heating and Air has been serving homes and businesses along the Wasatch front since 2017. It is a family-owned company, run by owner Sheldon Vincent, working out of Pleasant Grove and covering Lehi, Utah County, Wasatch County and Salt Lake County.

We handle everyday residential work — thermostats, ductwork, air quality, furnaces and AC — alongside commercial systems and new construction. The goal is the same on all of it: get the diagnosis right, explain it clearly, and do the work so it holds up.

“We are not simply another HVAC company. We are a people-oriented business that strives to be the best provider of HVAC services in our area and beyond.”
